The STAUFF flange product range includes several designs, tailored to different requirements in industrial and mobile hydraulic:

The flanges are available for both the standard pressure series (3000 PSI / ISO 6162-1) and the high pressure series (6000 PSI / ISO 6162-2).
Depending on the version, the pressure range extends from 35 to 500 bar, available in nominal widths from DN 13 (1/2″) to DN 127 (5″).
STAUFF SAE flanges are used wherever tube fittings are not required or cannot be used due to the required operating pressure, the size or the available installation space.
SAE flanges have the advantage that they are in some cases significantly superior to tube fittings in terms of pressure rating or, in the high-pressure series (6,000 PSI),have a continuous pressure rating and can withstand maximum operating pressures of 420 bar.
